In no event shall Broadshout Internet be liable to the Customer for any loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of profits or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. This shall apply even where such a loss was reasonably foreseeable or Broadshout Internet had been made aware of the possibility of the Customer incurring such a loss.
  9. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
    1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
  10. Third Party Interaction
    1. Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Website, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any online or offline transaction with any of these third parties. You agree that Broadshout Internet shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that we are under no obligation to become involved.   12. Refunds
    1. Domain name registrations are non-refundable.
    2. Hosting accounts may be cancelled and refunded within 7 days of purchase.
    3. Custom business services such as web development, software installation are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
      It may be possible, at the discretion of the management to part-refund certain services which are cancelled while still under development.
